2. Product Requirements:

(1) Appearance performance: Smooth and flat surface, free from bubbles, ripples, impurities, pinholes, black spots, or cracks. The color of the plastic garbage bin body and lid should be consistent for the same batch, and there should be no obvious deformation at the closing parts.

(2) The product is made of over 95% new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, formed by one-time injection molding, with high-quality reinforcement and UV-resistant agents added, along with color pigments to ensure bright colors and long-lasting fade resistance. The aging resistance of the bin body should comply with GB/T 16422.2 requirements, with sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.

(3) The four sides of the bin body feature longitudinal concave designs, enhancing toughness, load-bearing capacity, and stability. The bin opening and both sides are equipped with reinforcement ribs.
